Surgery Options:

Vaginectomy (partial or radical)

removal of all or part of your vagina depending on tumor size & location. Depending on how far the cancer has spread ,you may need removal of lymph nodes .

Pelvic Exenteration

removal of multiple organs from pelvis including part of colon, bladder, uterus, cervix, vagina, ovaries & nearby lymph nodes.
